Conclusion of forensic linguistic examination as a source of evidence in the investigation of economic crimes committed by an organized criminal group

Proving in cases of economic crimes committed by an organized group of persons causes difficulties due to their high latency, difficulty in identifying the ultimate beneficiaries of their commission, and resistance to the investigation. The article discusses the possibilities of using the results of forensic linguistic examination in the investigation of this category of criminal cases. Options are proposed for using the conclusions of a linguist expert to obtain the following information: the content of conversations conducted using a coded language; distribution of roles and functions of group members; identification of the organizer or leader of a criminal group, organization or community.
