With a view of an illustration of interrelation between Labour Law and Labour economics in article the characteristic is given to the basic forms of reflexion of The Law The Law of changing the Labour in Russian Labour Law. In a context of The Law of changing the Labour article 74 of Labour Code of Russian Federation is analyzed.
