Legality, validity and motivation of requests of bodies carrying out operational investigative activities to citizens, organizations, enterprises, institutions

In the article the author based on the operational - search practice of the internal affairs bodies, studies the problems of directing requests by operational units of the bodies carrying it out to organizations, enterprises and institutions. The legal grounds for this issue, the legality, validity and motivation of addressing for the purpose of obtaining operationally relevant information, as well as judicial practice of appealing actions and decisions of operational-search bodies by organizations, enterprises, institutions are studied, and on this basis, recommendations and examples of requests are presented.
