Legislator as a bearer of professional legal awareness

Legislative activity is aimed at creating a public good through laws that are suitable for the society of a given country, taking into account its economic, historical and national components. In turn, the legislator must have knowledge in the field of law, international and domestic policy issues, based on special legal and professional training. The profession of a parliamentarian is one of the most difficult to define, since any professional activity requires specialized education, appropriate skills and abilities. At the same time, the professionalism of the legislator should be realized through the ability to predict the results of adopted legislative acts, the possibility of their implementation on places. The need to develop laws and legislative decisions should be based solely on social necessity, rational focus, and not on the result of a group emotional state and attempts at debatable imitation.
