Legal framework for innovative activities in the field of education

The article discusses the main legislative acts of the Russian Federation, designed to stimulate innovation in the field o f education. The General analysis o f draft laws elaboration, their purpose, directions and results is carried out. Based on the analysis of the main regulatory legal acts, inaccuracies in terminology were identified. From this, the author has offered the interpretation of the concepts "innovation" and "innovative activity" in the field of education. A direction in the form of legal and regulatory framework for a new bill on the rules and norms for the authors’ "percentage" was considered in the paper, as well as the project management by the author up to the time of its execution and regarding business innovation in cooperation with the state.
