The legislative basis on provision of state policy in the field of the development of physical education and sport (1991-2007)

In the article the analysis of the principal laws on physical culture and sport is presented, their value for branch development under social and economic conditions of 1991 - 2007 is defined. The ways of the improvement of legislation under new conditions of the development of society have been proposed.
