Legislative framework for intellectual transport systems introduction to transport sector of Uzbekistan

The article reveals the peculiarities and factors of introduction of ITS (intelligent transport systems) in the transport sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan in modern conditions on the basis of analysis and study of the positive state of the structure. In addition, the legislative basis of the transport sphere is considered.
