The legislative regulation of the force structures in the Russian Federation in the 1990-th years

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legislation regulating activity of the force structures in the Russian Federation in the 1990th years. The USSR disintegration, political confrontation of the authorities, necessity of the legal regulation of the security services and armed forces in the conditions of threats increasing became the major tendencies de ning the force structures legal regulation character. The changes of the legal regulation character indicate on the completion of the force structures formation of the Russian state.
