Legislative and regulatory regulation of the provision by attorneys of free legal assistance in hard and little population

Providing free legal aid in remote and sparsely populated areas is a significant problem in Russia due to the low level of transport and pedestrian accessibility of many settlements. The article analyzes the legislative framework for the provision of free legal aid in remote and sparsely populated areas. It is concluded that in order to ensure the participation of lawyers in the state system of free legal aid in the constituent entities of the Federation, regulations are adopted to implement the provisions of the Federal Law "On Free Legal Aid in the Russian Federation". The author notes that the state system of free legal aid in the Russian Federation also includes subsidizing a lawyer to pay for qualified legal aid and reimbursement of his expenses.
