Legislative provision to counteract extremism in the youth environment

The Russian society faced the challenge on the part of extremist ideology and activity, which leads to intolerance, xenophobia, nationalism and fascism. Unfortunately, the state authorities failed to effectively respond to the developing situation, in due time. As a result of it the right-wing extremism as a way of resolving the contradictions in the society is becoming wide spread.
