Legislative regulation of the work of people engaged in specific types of activity: sports sphere

The article analyses the terms and notions characterizing various categories of sportsmen with the purpose of more full reflection in the Labour Code of their work regulation specifics. The author raises a question of the necessity to improve the present system of social protection and insurance of the Russian sportsmen.
