Legislative basis of the category "quality of social services" in the Russian Federation in the context of standardization of social sphere

The paper considers the legislative framework of the category "quality of social services". The author identified contradictions in the existing standards, inconsistencies in the legislation and current state policy in this area. Practical recommendations in the field of standardization are offered for consideration, introduction of which contributes to the achievement of the planned level of quality of social services in the country.
