Legislative prerequisites for forecasts of russian energy system development

This article considers the prospects for the development of the legal basis of the energy complex in the conditions of existing risks and threats. A proposal was made on the need to improve in short-term forecasting the modern codified regulatory framework, which contributes to the harmonious development of the industry.
