Legislation on liability for illegal drug trafficking offences: research experience of normative legal acts

The article provides the observations made by the group of authors during scientific work carried out in 2022 on the anti-drug legislation of a number of foreign countries. The presented theses can be useful both for assessing the modern Russian legislation and for determining possible directions for its further improvement.
