Legislation of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the sphere of labour and employment in international legal aspect

In the conditions of globalisation the impact of international norms on the labour law also touches the legal regulation, which is realised on the level of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In the article the author analyses the conformity of the legislation of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the sphere of labour and employment with the international standards, and formulates proposals for its development in accordance with the norms of international law.
