Patterns for setting-up the institutional and organizational arrangements of public-private partnership

The article deals with problems of justification of the efficient arrangements for public-private partnership in the institutional context of the modern Russian economy. The author considers strategic options of institutional and organizational arrangements for setting-up this partnership which take into account the regularities of duration of the proposed investment projects and their demand for resources. It is proposed an approach that takes into account this duration - demand pattern that also is applicable for economic justification of innovation projects.
