Regularities of formation of engineers competence in optimization of the professional disciplines teaching process

There is considered the potential of regularities use of the competence and target approaches in optimization of professional teaching of engineering higher school students. There is shown that in the formation of competence of engineering higher school graduating students, teachers use the variants of education, which are based both on subjective and objective regularities of the educational process.
