Regularities characteristic of solar high-energy particle fluxes: experimental data and probabilistic model

Current experimental data among which series of particle flux measurements by satellites are decisive allowed us to determine a number of regularities characteristic of solar cosmic rays (SCR). Based on these regularities we developed a probabilistic model of particle fluxes. This model is not only a building block to determine radiation environment in space missions and space weather impacts, but also enables predictions of such situations as occurrence of SCR extreme events in the period of the quiet Sun in 2005-2006.
