In this paper, we studied the individual development of the marbled fox, which belongs to the fur breeding breeding farm LLC Vyatka, Kirov Region (58.652253° 49.867279°), obtained by crossing the Vyatka fox (female) and the Arctic marble bbWmw (male). Groups of male puppies (n=10) and female puppies (n=10) were formed by the method of analogues, the studies were carried out at the age of 3,4,5,6 and 7 months. We measured the length of the muzzle (from the tip of the nose to the inner corner of the eye), the length of the head (from the tip of the nose to the middle of the occipital crest), the length of the body (from the tip of the nose to the root of the tail), the length of the tail (from the root to the end of the last tail vertebra), the length of the anterior paws (from the olecranon to the end of the middle phalanx), the length of the hind leg (from the knee joint to the end of the middle phalanx), the girths of the metatarsus and metacarpus. As a result of our studies, it was found that with age, the width and length of the muzzle, the length of the fore and hind legs maximize by the 7th month, while the girth of the metatarsus and metacarpus, both in males and females, decreased. The width and height of the chest in males and females increased to the maximum by 7 months. Body weight and length in males and females increased with age.
Body weight, head length, body length, chest girth, metacarpal and metatarsal girth, tail length, front and hind leg length, muzzle width, chest height behind the shoulder blades
