Patterns of metalloxide thin films synthesis, obtained with ion beams use

The regularities of synthesis of thin films metallic oxide were considered with the growth of thin films of lead molybdate, obtained by ion beam sputtering. The technique of coating formation is discussed and the analysis of growth processes is observed. The theoretical evidence is compared with experimental data.
