The article highlights the common procedures provided for procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs in the framework of public procurement legislation and the regulation of «corporate» procurement procedures. Analyzes of procurement practices valuation services, as well as legislative changes in the selection process of the service provider for assessment. The cases of legal collisions, which result in poor-quality result providing valuation services.
