Substitute family as an institute of children-orphans and children without parental care socialization

The author considers substitute families of the Republic of Buryatia as an institute of children-orphans socialization. It is necessary to create special services of social, psychological and pedagogical support, a school for adoptive parents for the developing of this social institution in our society. The results of systematic work with such families can be assessed by criteria, determining the child's welfare.
