"The entries" by A. N. Scriabin in the сultural heritage of the Silver Age

The article analyzes the diary "Entries" of the great Russian composer A. N. Scriabin of the late XIX -early XX century, which are a unique written monument and a valuable source on the history of culture of the Silver Age. They reveal the unknown pages of Scriabin's biography, show his creative laboratory, give an idea of his understanding of the new art, freedom of creativity, the role and place of the creative personality in the development of mankind. “Entries” expand the existing ideas about the era of the Silver Age, restore its color, exclusivity and originality, which makes them indispensable when studying the national culture of the turn of the past centuries.
