The article notes that the issues of wages and material incentives are now the most important in all the work to ensure the close connection of wages with the results. It is noted that the achievement of this goal is associated with the transfer of agricultural enterprises and its units to self-financing and collective Contracting. At the same time, it is concluded that it is through the achievement of close connection of wages with the final results that the strengthening of motives in the effective organization of production is ensured. It is also noted that the improvement of wages and labor incentives is one of the most important levers to ensure the implementation of the task to increase the labor contribution of labor collectives and each employee.
