Wages as a condition for the development of human capital in the agrarian sector of the region's economy

The article discusses wage as a condition of the development of human capital. Human capital can generate income to its owner in the form of wages, which, as the price of services of labor, acts as a condition of its development. One of the main reasons for the decline in the number of skilled professionals in agricultural organizations is low wages. The reason for this innovation is the policy of the state aimed at ensuring the reproductive function of wages, raising the standard of living of the working population by reducing the gap size of the minimum wage with the subsistence minimum.
