In glow discharge in chemically active gases there is a generation of nanodisperce and submicronic particles. The analysis of their charging in discharge cathodic area by shock and diffusion mechanisms is lead. Are certain de-pendence of charge magnitude on nanoparticles from their sizes and characteristic of their moving in electric field.
