Foreign experience of foreign trade intermediaries

The article discusses the issues of regulating the activities of foreign trade intermediaries, namely, customs brokers, in foreign countries. The experience of Singapore, the USA, and the European Union is considered. The conclusion is made about the possibilities of borrowing foreign experience in regulating customs intermediaries for the Russian Federation, in particular, assistance to customs brokers in creating an electronic barcode of goods, the obligation of brokers to submit a report for a certain period of their activities, passing special training before carrying out this activity.
