Foreign experience of financing education in the conditions of university autonomy increase

The article is devoted to the reform of higher education financing system in compliance with international education quality standards. Having based on the analysis of the main foreign state universities' financing models the author had substantiated the using perspective in Russia the model orientated to the status of the university. Using the foreign experience of financing education will suffer to distribute state funds rationally and introduce actively innovative financing instruments.
