Foreign experience of government regulation of palliative care

The article discusses the foreign experience of the legal foundations of palliative care. For this purpose, a brief overview of foreign practice of government regulation of palliative care and access to painkillers is presented. In addition, the article presents the results of a study of the leading countries of the world in the quality of death rating.
