Foreign experience of ecological norming on the example of Western European and USA

The article defines environmental regulation and compares environmental legislation in the United States, Europe and Russia. A comparative analysis of environmental standards and norms is carried out. The author emphasizes the multi-level nature of the system of environmental regulation. The provisions of legislation in most foreign countries are described by the main executive and regulatory bodies in the field of environmental protection, as well as socially responsible behavior in the field of ecology in the USA and Europe, and differences from Russia.
