Foreign experience of mobilization preparation of economy (on the example of Germany and USA)

The article is devoted to mobilization preparation of the economy of foreign countries in peacetime. The author considers the legal, financial and organizational mechanisms for transferring the economies of Germany and the USA to work in emergencies and in wartime. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of the state and the private sector of the economy with issues of lending and resource support of the state economy in emergencies. The author concludes that in modern conditions mobilization readiness can be guaranteed only with the close interaction of the private sector of the economy and the state.
