The article is devoted to the study of foreign experience in notarization of corporate relations using the example of decisions to change the sole executive body. The author reviewed the experience of countries such as the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Indonesia. It has been established that Germany occupies a leading position in the detailed regulation of the procedure for the participation of a notary in the process of activity of a legal entity in the matter of changing the management of the company. In other countries, one can also note a tendency towards the spread of notarial activities in the field of corporate law (Spain, France, Indonesia). To guarantee the stability of the country's economy, it is recommended to amend the current legislation in terms of establishing the obligation of subjects of corporate law to provide notarizations for all important decisions in the activities of a legal entity.
