Foreign experience prevention and prevention juvenile offenses

The article examines the foreign experience in the prevention and prevention of delinquency among minors. The author explores the forms and methods of combating juvenile delinquency in Europe and the United States. It is concluded that the prevention of delinquency committed by minors is one of the main directions of state policy in foreign countries. The basis for this conclusion was a set of legislative acts that regulate prevention issues, as well as their number and content.
