Foreign investigation experience of corruption crimes

The article is devoted to study foreign investigation experience of corruption crimes. Today many normative acts aimed at combating corruption are adopted, but we should notice that neglect the foreign countries’ experience takes place and it is continued in the part of using progressive methods of investigation corruption crimes. Also it is specified the necessity of the use effective methods of investigation which is used in the international practice to improve the quality and efficiency investigation of corruption crimes in Russia.
