Foreign experience in the development of educational activity of social service agencies

This article is devoted to the questions of performing educational activity by different foreign specialized agencies which deliver social services to families and children who happen to be in a difficult life situation. The examples are taken from the experience of a number of agencies and authorities from the USA, Sweden and Germany which provide social services. The author examines the technologies of using some educational methods in the process of social rehabilitation, which contribute towards the effectiveness of the delivered services to some ascertained categories of clients. The process of development of different forms and dimensions of educational activities is shown in the history of establishing of one of the big American agencies in the social area – «Jewish Child Care Association» (JCCA).
