Foreign experience of creation of the special industrially-productive zones as instrument of regional development

This article discusses and summarizes the international experience of creation and functioning of special (free) economic zones. Found out the general characteristics of the establishment and functioning of special (free) economic zones, as well as the positive and negative effects of special industrial-production zones for regional development. Indicated measures for the effective use of such tools, as a special industrial-production zones, aimed at the development of the region.
