Foreign experience of the transport policy

The article studies experience in the touristic recreational clusters creation in Russia and abroad as a modern tool of the region’s competitive strength improvement. The author considers prerequisites and conditions promoting or holding back the development of the touristic clusters in the Primorye territory. Nowadays this approach is accepted on the federal level under the program “Development of the domestic and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation (2011-2016)" and on the regional level under the “Strategy of the Primorye Krai’s socioeconomic development until 2025".
