As a specific form of physical education, professionally applied physical training is an independent psychological and pedagogical process aimed at providing specialized physical training on an ongoing basis in the direction of preferred professional activity, which complements the individual background of professionally useful psychomotor skills and abilities. Continuous improvement of motor, mental, moral and volitional qualities completely, directly or indirectly, depends on a person's personality, his psychomotor abilities and the development of professional skills.
