Protecting children from digital abuse in Russia

The article describes the most common types and forms of digital violence against children, gives their legal assessment, examines the legal aspects of modern ways to protect children from such violence, analyzes the measures and methods taken to solve the problem of creating a safe information environment for children. The law enforcement practice and the possibility of legal liability for digital abuse of minors are being studied and analyzed. Gaps in legislation have been identified, suggestions and recommendations aimed at reducing the level of information violence are provided, measures are proposed to minimize the risk of such violence, as well as measures aimed at countering digital violence against minors.
