The role of the prosecutor’s office as one of the main defenders of the rights holders. Analyzed the typical violations of the Law № 214-FZ, regulating relations in the field of participatory construction. We present some of the ways to protect the holders of rights through the adoption of acts of prosecutorial supervision. The authors come to the conclusion about the need to improve the regulatory framework in this sphere, including the expansion of the powers of the prosecutor.
