Protection of trade secrets by the organization in relations with counterparties

The article discusses the problems that arise when the parties to a civil contract formally record confidentiality provisions. The author proposes to organize the protection of trade secrets, focusing on the company’s business processes, since this makes it possible to assess the degree of involvement of classified information in the process of fulfilling a specific order and apply protective measures to the corresponding business processes, which allows for a more adequate response to identified threats and disclosures.
