Protection of intellectual property

Currently, the issues related to legal regulation of intellectual property objects are becoming particularly relevant. Due to the existing legal nature, this category of objects of civil rights is among the most vulnerable from the perspective of violation of the rights of right holders. Meanwhile, legal regulation of intellectual property at national and supranational levels is quite extensive and, according to the author, allows taking effective measures to protect intellectual property. State customs authorities play a special role in practical implementation of the relevant protection measures.
