Protection of personal data in Russia: current state and development prospects

The study is devoted to the current problems of personal data protection in Russia. The importance of revising the purposes of data processing, as well as the circle of persons with access to personal data, is emphasized. The author proposes an innovative solution in the field of personal data protection by amending the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
