The phytosanitary observation of oil flax sowings in 2008-2010 revealed the huge affection of plant by fusariose (Fusarium oxisporum Schecht. f. lini), bacterial blight (Clostridium macerans Schardinger), Alternaria blight (Alternaria linicola Glov. et Skolko) and different pests, such as: cruciferous fleas (blue - Phyllotreta nigrepes F. and wavy - Phyllotreta undulate Kutsch.), winter (Scotia segetum Schiff.) and alfalfa (Chloridea dipsacea L.) noctuids, flax moth (Phalonia epilinana L.) and tarnished plant bug (Lygus pratensis L.). The most dangerous diseases are fusariose and bacteriosis, pests - cruciferous fleas. To control these diseases and pests in oil flax sowings there were used mixtures of preparations for seeds treatment. Two mixtures: diazinon + lamador + MiBAS + silk and komandor + zato + MiBAS + silk increase field germination of seeds on 37.162.4%, decrease plants affection by cruciferous fleas on 71.0-73.0%, disease spreading - on 10.5-11.1% in comparison with control. Biological efficiency of insecticide mixture karate zeon and bi-58 new (0.05+0.5 l ha-1) and biological preparation biostat (0.2 l ha-1) was high, on third day after treatment it was 80.4-84.3% (it exceeds control on 2.4-6.3%), on seventh day - 67.0%.
