Protection of human rights: basic outlines and ways of development

The main concepts of the protection of human rights are regarded in the article, special attention is given to one of the most important forms of the human rights system, and namely judicial defense, the main ways of the development of cooperation of the Constitutional Court of Russia and the European Human Rights Court are revealed. The issues of justice are investigated, such institutions of safe-keeping, defense of rights and freedom mechanisms of a person and native, as the institution of the Ombudsman and prosecution authorities.
