Protection of the rights of orphaned children in the Russian Federation in the context of the realization of the United Nations Convention on the rights of the child

In this article the problems of orphaned children who left without parental care are considered. To solve the problems of children residing in especially difficult circumstances, including children deprived due to various reasons of parental care, children with disabilities, children of immigrants, children with deviant behavior the State takes adequate measures and provides favorable conditions for the life and development of these children.
