Protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and automatic termination of the contract: theory and practice

The article discusses topical problems of the application of the clause on the automatic termination of an entrepreneurial contract, which allows the parties to terminate it in a simplified manner. The authors compare and analyze thetheoretical and practical aspects of the application of this clause. They conclude that when such an entry is included in the contract, the parties must predict in advance the corresponding consequences and correlate them with their intentions.
