Protection of the rights of employees are foreign citizens

Аbstract. The article discusses the importance of legal regulation of the situation of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation. The author studies the current state of the legal status of foreign citizens in our country. The study examined issues related to the problem of labor migration in Russia. The optimization of attracting foreign labor as one of the priority areas of state policy on the labor market is analyzed.
