Protection of the rights of subjects of controversial civil legal relations in the field of real estate turnover

The article examines the methods of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of entities in the field of real estate turnover. The author shows that notarial certification of real estate transactions and state registration of rights are used in this area. It is proven that registration of rights cannot serve as evidence of the validity of the transaction. It is proposed to establish a mandatory notarial form for real estate transactions and expand the functions of the prosecutor in terms of protecting the rights of citizens in the field of real estate. It is concluded that arbitration courts (arbitration) have the right to consider such disputes.
