Protection of the rights of participants of relations resulting from the establishment of the reallast

This article examines issues related to lawsuit ways of protecting the rights of participants in relations arising from the right of property extradition. The text justifies the impossibility of applying vindication and negatory claims, thereby as the sought remedies for the right of property extradition, as well as foreclosure of an immovable thing, the claim for termination of activities that can reduce the value of real estate, the temporary property right of property, the requirement to eliminate obstacles to the use of the thing by third parties.
